You’ll find yourself spoiled for choice with inventive snacks like salted halibut perogies (a must) and lamb tartare with goat’s butter. Pigeonhole‘s drink menu features a selection of natural wines that are certified organic, and we were equally impressed by the resto’s chic Parisian vibe—think pressed tin ceiling, a bold chandelier and vintage dinnerware. There’s also a comfy little patio with lots of sun.
