Bubbles make everything better.
And if the stellar turnout at La Champagnerie’s first anniversary party a few weeks back is any indication, we’re not the only ones who think so. Highlights of the evening included: sabering a 9 L (!) Salmanazar; sipping Prosecco Paparazzi, Cava Sumarroca (our favourite) and Crémant Brut: Bernard-Massard; and noshing on tartare, tiger prawns and arancini. The best part is that all of the above—and so much more, including to-die-for champers cocktails!—can be enjoyed six days a week at the charming St-Paul bar, which now has a small terrace on the street for al fresco sipping.
