The Stephen Avenue Bank of Nova Scotia building, designated a historical resource structure by the city, has new life as a trendy pub.

Bank and BaronThe newly opened Bank and Baron P.U.B. (public urban bar) occupies this landmark; we couldn’t help ogling the stunning marble entryway, the soaring ceilings with a show-stopping skylight and a massive bar that centres the pub.

As for food, get to know the craft beer cheese fondue because it will become your new comfort food.
