Nourish Opens New Doors

May 13, 2016

If eating healthy, local and organic without sacrificing deliciousness sounds good to you, then you’ll want to make your way to Nourish’s newest Point Grey location, as we did most promptly.

Offering a selection of plant-based salads, soups and sandwiches ($9.50-13.50+) we opted for their kale and squash salad featuring spiralized beets, sprouts and lentils. For an extra protein hit, we added tender morsels of delicious chicken. To say we were impressed would be an understatement. The Dijon honey mustard dressing had us at first bite, as did the beautiful (Instagram perfect) presentation, its colliding rich flavours and textures.

And because good food is meant for sharing, Nourish also offers office delivery, along with cooking classes in its open, beautiful kitchen. Between macaron-making and kid-friendly meal prep (kids 8+ are welcome), there’s a whole lot to nosh on at Nourish.
