Bringing together elite chefs from top-ranked restaurants worldwide, this year’s Rare Tour stop at Black+Blue Toronto is set to be an unforgettable four-hands dining experience. Executive Chef Morgan Bellis will join forces with Chef Casper Sobczyk of Restaurant CAPA in Copenhagen, which holds an impressive No. 23 ranking on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list. Their exclusive six-course menu, paired with expertly curated wines, will blend bold Canadian flavors with Nordic culinary traditions, elevating steak to an art form.
