Bringing together elite chefs from top-ranked restaurants worldwide, this year’s Rare Tour stop at Black+Blue Toronto is set to be an unforgettable four-hands dining experience. Executive Chef Morgan Bellis will join forces with Chef Casper Sobczyk of Restaurant CAPA in Copenhagen, which holds an impressive No. 23 ranking on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants list.
