The latest venture from Bear Hill Brewing, which has existing brewpubs in Banff, Jasper and Fort Mac, brings delicious beer to the city alongside yummy food and a sunny patio.
On the menu: elevated pub favourites like mini grilled cheese sandwiches made with Sylvan Star gouda and surprise dishes like Lake Winnipeg pickerel. But the real draw is the delicious house-made beer. The taps at Last Best may change on the regular, but you’ll always find the brewery’s own IPA and the refreshing Dirty Bird Black Lager. If you like a bold brewsky, and are feeling adventurous, go for the Caramel Latte Beer, finished with Fratello coffee.
