Mon Paris Pâtisserie

This Pâtisserie in Burnaby is known for its artistic approach to desserts, blending French tradition with playful modern flair. For Valentine’s, they have crafted an impressive lineup including the Heart-Shaped Red Velvet Cake, a Dark and White Chocolate Heart Diorama filled with truffles, and a Chocolate High Heel adorned with edible designs.

Beaucoup Bakery

Beaucoup is launching the Be My Valentine Collection, only available from February 8-16.  A few opulent selections include Cutie Pie Bonbons with pecan praline ganache, Blooming Rose with raspberry and rose infused mousse, and Be My Madeleine with lime cake, raspberry jam and whipped raspberry ganache.

The Pie Hole

For pie enthusiasts, The Pie Hole offers a cozy twist on Valentine’s sweets with its Mini Pies and Apple Sweetie Pie. These heartwarming treats come in classic flavours with a festive twist. These pies are Insta-ready and can be customized.

BETA5 Chocolates has built a loyal following for its bold flavours, creativity, and innovative designs. It’s no surprise they have a stunning Valentine’s lineup this year, featuring a Cherry Cola Polygon Bar, Love U S’more Chocolate Bars, Vanilla-Passion Chocolate Hearts, and more.

Thomas Haas

Known for his exquisite artisan chocolates and delightful Kitsilano café, Thomas Haas never fails to delight. This Valentine’s season, his Handcrafted Heart is a hand-painted chocolate heart, airbrushed with cocoa butter and filled with handmade chocolates and truffles. The first ever Japanese bagel spot in Vancouver has created a foodie-approved treat for Valentine’s: the Strawberry Choco Sando. This incredible bagel features a rich cocoa dough and a luscious strawberry cream cheese, made with fresh strawberries for a natural sweetness. This is only available the month of February.
