The former Panorama on the 51st floor of the Manulife Centre has been made over with modern black-and-white furnishings and dubbed The One Eighty.
Don’t worry, the fantastic views, courtesy of seamless glass panels on the patio, remina, as do delicious cocktails, served in retro bottles. On the (food) menu: chicken and waffles (sweet and savoury, thanks to fried jalapeños and cherry chutney on the side) and fish tacos with sriracha sour cream and a satisfying crunchy slaw.
With all eyes on the phenomenal vistas, no one will notice what you’re scarfing down (go ahead; eat your heart out). —Karen Kwan
