Stop the presses!

But not the wine presses. Canada’s first sake winery has just opened on Granville Island.

Bottled under the house label “Osake,” we love the premium black labeled Genshu sake ($32) that tastes like lychees and Asian pear.  And the unfiltered, cloudy, blue-labeled Nigori style ($25) is very de rigeur.

Made in small batches from Japanese sake rice, using no preservatives and traditional Japanese presses, premium sakes like these, drunk cold in a white wine glass, are the perfect twist on the summer sipper.

This service is super helpful for anyone who’s lost their original records. Getting a high school diploma or transcripts can be confusing, especially if you don’t know where to start. Resources that explain how to do so are rare, verify credentials, and avoid scams are honestly underrated—bookmarking this for future reference.

Writing by hand has a certain allure; concepts tend to flow more naturally, and you can almost read your feelings in the penmanship when you look back. Additionally, a nursing essay writer can assist you in organizing your thoughts into a coherent assignment.
