You’ve helped over 100,000 women manifest real change—what’s the first step someone should take if they want to align with their higher self?
The very first step is awareness. You have to pause and recognize that the version of you that has been leading your life may not be the one that’s meant to take you where you desire to go. Alignment with your higher self starts when you become deeply curious about who you really are—beyond the roles, responsibilities, and beliefs that have shaped your identity. From that space of awareness, you can begin to choose differently, think differently, and ultimately become the version of you that already has the life you want.
Manifestation is often misunderstood as wishful thinking. How do you explain the science behind it in a way that makes it feel grounded and real?
I love this question. Manifestation isn’t magic—it’s physics. Everything in the universe is made of energy, including us. And our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions carry a vibrational frequency that communicates with the quantum field. When we consistently embody the frequency of the life we desire, we begin to collapse timelines and attract experiences that match that energetic signature. It’s not about wishing—it’s about being. And the science of neuroplasticity and quantum mechanics fully supports this.
You say identity, not effort, shapes success. Can you explain how shifting self-concept creates tangible outcomes?
We don’t get what we want—we get who we are. Your identity is the blueprint for your behavior, your decisions, and even your level of receiving. If you believe you’re unworthy, you’ll self-sabotage. If you identify as abundant, opportunities flow. When I shifted my identity from a burned-out nurse to a powerful creator, everything changed—not because I worked harder, but because I started to think, feel, and act like the version of me who already had it all. Identity drives action. Action creates results.
With more celebrities talking about manifestation and energy, how do you feel the conversation around “woo-woo” has evolved?
I think the conversation has matured beautifully. What used to be dismissed as “woo-woo” is now recognized as powerful inner work. When you see athletes, artists, and CEOs talking about energy, frequency, and visualization, it validates that this is not a fringe conversation—it’s the future of success. It’s spiritual, yes, but it’s also strategic. And I believe we’re only just beginning to scratch the surface.
What’s a manifestation myth or misconception that you’re constantly debunking?
The biggest one is: “If I just think positive thoughts, I’ll get what I want.” That’s not how it works. It’s not just about thinking—it’s about embodying. You have to feel it in your body, take aligned action, and
become the energetic match for what you desire. Manifestation isn’t passive. It’s an active, intentional way of living.
You often talk about frequency and alignment—how can someone tell if they’re energetically “off” and what’s a quick way to recalibrate?
You can feel it. You might notice resistance, frustration, confusion, or just that things aren’t flowing. That’s your signal. One of the fastest ways to recalibrate is to pause and shift your emotional state. I often use breathwork, movement, or music. Even just closing your eyes and imagining the version of you who has it all can bring you back into alignment. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s awareness and course correction.
How do you personally stay aligned while managing the demands of running a global brand, writing bestsellers, and leading live events?
I prioritize being over doing. That means I take time each morning to connect with my higher self through visualization, journaling, and prayer. I check in with my energy before I ever check my to-do list. I also have a powerful team who supports me so I can stay in my zone of genius. And I give myself permission to rest and receive. Alignment doesn’t mean doing it all—it means doing what feels expansive and true.
What role do emotions play in the manifestation process, and how can we use them as tools instead of obstacles?
Emotions are your internal GPS. They’re not roadblocks—they’re road signs. If you’re feeling low, it’s not a signal you’re failing—it’s a cue to recalibrate. Emotions give you access to your frequency. When you feel joyful, grateful, or powerful, you’re in harmony with your desires. When you feel doubt or fear, it’s an opportunity to love yourself deeper and choose again. You don’t need to be happy all the time to manifest—you just need to feel, and respond to what those feelings are showing you.
Your upcoming Manifest Toronto event is generating buzz—what can attendees expect, and what transformation are you hoping they walk away with?
Manifest Toronto is a live immersion into what’s truly possible when you drop the old identity and live from the end. This event isn’t about learning more—it’s about becoming more. Attendees can expect deep energetic work, mindset shifts, breakthroughs, embodiment, and real-time manifestation. My hope is that every single person walks away feeling undeniable in their power. That they leave no longer wondering “if” it will happen… but knowing it’s already done.
If someone is manifesting love, money, or a major life shift right now—what’s your advice?
Be the version of you who already has it. Don’t wait to feel worthy, radiant, or abundant—decide to embody that now. Get clear on the identity of the person who has the relationship, the wealth, the life you dream of—and start living as her today. Ask yourself every day: “What would she do?” Then go do that. When you make your internal world match your desires, the external world has to catch up.

where each prayer becomes a small light in the darkness and each blessing becomes a reminder that life still holds beauty, mercy, and hope, even during hard times, and because these blessings and prayers are shared daily, Full Blessings slowly becomes part of a person’s routine, like morning tea or evening quiet time, building a habit of reflection, positivity, and thankfulness that can truly change how a person feels inside.
