Okay, you can wipe the drool away from your mouth (we’re partly talking to ourselves). Now you can get a slice of the Jam Café’s delicious all-day breakfast right here in Vancouver and we’re pretty happy about it! The round-the-block weekend line up proves you guys are, too.
Not familiar with Victoria’s Jam Café? This breakfast haven was created by Union Pacific owners Jim and Candy Walmsley, and serves up rustic, homemade fare. From huevos rancheros to green eggs and ham, brioche French toast to red velvet pancakes, and a collection of milkshakes and caesars, there’s enough here to keep every breakfast-lover happy.
Its location has some big shoes to fill, having been home to Cafe Medina’s legendary brunch, but Jam Café seems to be living up to that reputation, and then some, in its opening weeks. We can’t wait to try it out.
