Here’s how to make a Spaghetti Pizza Pie—a delicious mashup of two beloved comfort foods. It’s crispy, cheesy, saucy, and totally satisfying.

Spaghetti Pizza Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (about half a box) spaghetti
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Your favourite pizza toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
  2. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in Parmesan cheese, ½ cup of mozzarella, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the egg mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Press the spaghetti mixture into the prepared pie dish to form a “crust,” pushing some up the sides.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the spaghetti crust.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and your favourite pizza toppings.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
