Vancouver blogger Eagranie Yuh—an organic chemist turned pastry chef turned chocolate expert—has written The Chocolate Tasting Kit ($21) to help readers nibble their way through the delicious world of cocoa, without ever leaving their homes. In addition to a 48-page booklet that describes pretty much everything you need to know about chocolate, the kit comes with a tasting note pad, flash cards and an envelope for keeping wrappers from your favourite products. The Chocolate Tasting Kit can even be used to host a chocolate-tasting party with friends.
