Entrants must let Amaro Montenegro lead the way, keep their recipe to five ingredients or fewer and evoke the decade through concept, presentation, glassware and garnish. The rewards are seriously travel-worthy: national winners earn a week-long brand residency in Bologna—workshops, mentorship and cultural deep-dives—while the global champion wins an immersive Italian journey into the heart of mixology, plus a €6,000 prize package and global brand event appearances.
