I’ve never owned an air fryer (but have always wanted one). That being said, I don’t know what my *favourite thing to make (in an air fryer) is! However, several years ago, I tried to make low-carb *fries using jicama. The recipe called for using an air fryer, but as I didn’t own one, I used a copper-plated “air-fryer” basket/tray combination in a conventional oven. The end result was very disappointing, but I’m sure they’d have turned out well if I’d used an air fryer!
