10 November Wellness Experiences To Nurture Mind, Body & Spirit

We’re in the season of integration, a time for reckoning and collective growth. According to our trusted astrologers & intuitives, this is an important month to slow down and reflect on what’s taken root since the spring and summer months. As this November Astrology Forecast from Lila Sofiyah explains, November’s transits invite us to integrate and deepen the seeds planted earlier this year. If you’re feeling overwhelmed (aren’t we all?) intuitive teacher Victoria Howson’s monthly message explains that we’re being collectively initiated into greater harmony, in spite of the outward chaos we’re seeing globally.

If you’re feeling all the feels (and we are, too!) here are ten wellness experiences and resources to hold and inspire you this month.

In Port Moody, I’m starting a bi-monthly Community Breathwork Meditation Series – a spiritual landing pad where you’ll have space for self-care, connection, and manifesting together. To join, email [email protected]

On November 6, the Worth Mentorship Gathering in West Vancouver features entrepreneur and wellness advocate Lara Kozan, bringing together soulful leadership and business wisdom.

If you’ve been integrating big changes in your life or work lately, this simple (free) somatic practice from Corrina Choe is a great way to stay rooted while you connect with your higher guidance systems.

If  ancient wisdom is calling, join renowned Andean teacher Jhaimy Alvarez of Children of the 7 Rays on Nov 11 for this beautifully Monthly Community Circle.

One of our new favorite ways to meditate? An Ayurvedic Head Massage with crystal bowls will relax your mind instantly. Highly recommend Isis Wellness in Surrey for a private or group experience.

After reading what happens to your brain during a soundbath, we had to share this audio soundbath from Faye Mallett that you can download and enjoy anytime. You can experience Faye’s live soundbaths at Jaybird studios in Yaletown and Kinsgway.

If you’re curious to understand (and/or experience!) how frequency healing happens beyond time and space, we highly recommend a distance BioField Tuning session with Dana Wilson or if you’re on the Sunshine Coast, explore her next Harmonics Meditation Circle, offering restorative sound & mindful hands-on touch.

On November 29, kick-off your holiday season with Senses Concert at the Orpheum in Vancouver. An immersive & healing orchestral performance engaging all the senses, in support of mental health awareness.

For a last minute healing retreat, check out Andrea Love’s popular Phoenix Immersion Retreat starting November 28th or if you’re planning ahead, explore ceremonialist Angela Prider’s annual Winter Solstice Retreat on Bowen Island December 19-21.

This is such a beautiful roundup of wellness experiences – truly nurturing mind, body, and spirit. It reminded me how holistic care isn’t just about occasional retreats or activities, but ongoing support and compassion in every aspect of life. Organizations like MedMark Treatment Centers, for example, are putting that ethos into practice every day by providing compassionate, evidence-based care and support for people on their wellness and recovery journeys, meeting each person where they are and helping them build healthier, more purposeful lives https://medmark.com/about
