Thank you! This milestone is incredibly meaningful because it brings our mission full circle. Shapermint was built to make comfort, confidence, and body-positive essentials accessible to every woman—not just online, not just at certain price points, but everywhere she shops.

Seeing Shapermint on Walmart Canada shelves means more women can discover pieces that empower them to feel good in their bodies every single day. For me personally, as a body confidence coach, it’s a reminder that we’re creating more than product—we’re creating tools that help women show up as their most confident selves.

The new Shapermint Core collection is all about comfort-meets-confidence. What design or material innovations make these pieces truly stand out from traditional shapewear?

Shapermint Core was designed to rethink everything women dislike about traditional shapewear. Instead of squeezing or restricting, we use buttery-soft, breathable fabrics that move with your body.

When designing for comfort and confidence, where do you draw inspiration—from fashion trends, real customer feedback, or something else entirely?

Real women are our biggest inspiration; what they tell us, how they live, and what they need.

Customer feedback drives nearly every product innovation we create. But we also look at industry trends in fabrics, seamless technology, and comfort wear to make sure we’re ahead of where the market is going.

Ultimately, we design for a woman’s lifestyle- her morning rush, her meetings, her errands, and her celebrations.

Launching in Walmart Canada brings Shapermint into millions of homes across the country. What do you hope Canadian shoppers take away from their first experience with the brand?

I hope they feel seen.

From our sizing range to our comfort-first construction, we want every Canadian woman to feel like she finally found a brand that “gets” her. My wish is that her first try-on moment feels like a breath of relief; supportive, smooth, soft, and confidence-boosting.

If she walks away thinking, “Wow, I can actually wear this all day,” then we’ve done our job.

Looking ahead, how do you see the future of shapewear evolving—and what role will Shapermint play in shaping (pun intended!) that future?

The future of shapewear is everyday wear. Women want comfort, movement, and flexibility, not restriction.
