Funding and grants are becoming harder to secure, while the demand from clients and the needs of our community continue to grow.”
Dress for Success is just one of the many nonprofit organisations doing incredibly important work. What began in 1999 as a group of volunteers offering professional outfits has since grown into a full offering of funded programs, from pre-employment coaching and Dressing Services to career development, mentorship, and leadership training. Over 46,000 clients across Vancouver’s Lower Mainland have been supported, each contributing to a growing community of confidence, opportunity, and long-term community impact.
