New Eats: Butcher and the Baker

We’ve found your new favourite downtown lunch spot.

Located in Bow Valley Square, Butcher and the Baker puts fresh baked bread and locally sourced slow-cooked and hand-carved meats together to create perfect sandwiches. Just one bite of a specialty jerk chicken, spicy Kobe meatball (picutred) or shaved sirloin sammy (the latter comes slathered with Dijon horseradish aioli) and you’ll never go back to regular old ham and cheese. Also served: soups, salads, fresh juices and baked goods.
