mix it up

March 2, 2007

If you’re as sick of soggy sandwiches as we are, listen up.

Brighten up your boardroom next time you need catering with a delivery from Mix bakery.

The Point Grey hotspot is a favourite haunt of uber-florist Thomas Hobbes and it supplies its authentic French baguettes to the city’s top restaurants, including Elixir at the Opus Hotel.

We love the classic Jamon Jamon on rustic baguette (as much as we did the movie of the same name) or the Chimayo Grilled Chicken on sourdough for lunch. And we’re fairly addicted to the light and crispy breakfast scones like triple ginger and citrus-cranberry.

Makes you want to call a meeting—and that’s a first.

Delivery is free. Download the latest menus at www.mixthebakery.com
