The Spot
Prawn Festival
kicks off tomorrow at noon with chef cooking demos
(West, Chambar, Bishop’s, Elixir and more) until 5 p.m.

Buy the spot prawns fresh off the boat at Fishermen’s Wharf every day
between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for the next six  weeks ($12/lb.).

Spot prawn, English pea and mint risotto, anyone?
