LAND DOWN UNDER

April 10, 2008

Its a sign of spring when the Leafs are out, so we’re turning our
attention to Aussie Rules Football, where the competition is fierce, the
tackles are tough and the accents are adorable.

Our home turf hosts the largest footy
league
beyond the golden shores of Australia.

While the Broadview Hawks tackle the Downtown Dingoes, get your exercise
on the sidelines by jumping, cheering and hollering.

Admission wont cost you a thing, but you may be called on to comfort a
homesick and bruised Aussie after the game.

Most matches are played at Humber Colleges North Campus on Saturdays at
10 a.m., 12 p.m., or 2 p.m. (will vary from team to team). Training
begins in April, official season kicks off in May. For more info visit www.ontariofooty.com
