If youve eaten at any of Jamie Kennedys restaurants lately, youll know
which fish to fry.
With some of our favourites (Red Snapper, Haddock) on the list of ones
that are bad for the environment, its hard not be shocked by the SeaChoice

A safe bet is Tilapia. Pan-fry it in a little olive oil and sprinkle
with salt and pepper. Add fresh Italian parsley and a squeeze of lemon
at the end.
