SOUP’S ON

November 28, 2008

Nothing cures a drizzly day like a steaming bowl of ramen noodles, and
the new Menya Japanese Noodle bar has been sating the Vitamin V team for
several weeks now (from about the time we started wearing Wellies to
work).

Grab a stool made from a polished wood stump (if you can get a space
among the mainly Japanese clientele) and order the traditional
pork-broth Nagahama ramen ($6.75) that arrives piping hot before you can
take off your coat.

Yes, there are times when complete satisfaction can come in less than
two minutes.
