When it comes to cast-iron pots Le Creuset is by far the kingpin of
cookware.
Our only peeve is that the handles get scorchingly hot. The solution is
a handy woolen cover
($18) from Swedish design firm Hetta. It comes in a whole bunch of
colours (we paired our lime green skillet with a teal cover) and will
guarantee scorch-free cooking.
Other uses for the Hetta handler: Spectacle holder; coin pouch; willy
warmer.
