Summer is almost here and we’re certainly in the mood to kick back with
a fresh tasting cocktail or two.
2 green grapes
50 ml. gin
20 ml. lemon juice
5 ml. Violette liqueur
Dash of egg
Muddle the grapes in a shaker.
gin, a couple of sprigs of dill, the lemon juice, violette liqueur and a
dash of egg white.
Shake well and then fill the shaker with ice and
Strain into a martini glass and serve with a grape or
two bobbing in the glass.
