Roller Queens

Move over Drew and Juno (ah, we mean Bliss), Calgarys B52 Bellas and the
Thrashin Lassies are going to Whip It this Saturday.

The Calgary
Roller Derby Associations Summer Smackdown presents a bout between
the kilt-wearing lassies, who say their secret weapon is their thick
Scottish accent, and the highly-trained corps of fighters (a.k.a. The
B-52 Bellas). Cheer the ladies on to victory and learn more about
blockers, jammers, and pivots.

The association is always looking for new members so maybe its time to
lace-up.
