With its high ceilings and industrial chic vibe, new restaurant Le
Hangar adds a stylish NYC flavour to Griffintown.
We started with a luscious tomato salad loaded with croutons and melting
mozzarella ($9) a tuna tataki with grapefruit vinaigrette and fried
shallots ($10), and a tantalizingly tentacled plate of firm grilled
octopus with potato salad and parsley ($8.50). Our mains included a
whole grilled fish-of-the-day topped with parsley and clams ($19-$35),
sweet pea ravioli with pancetta ($18) and a side of spicy chorizo and
mushrooms ($6). After all that excess, there was no room left for
dessert!
Were just going to have to go back for more.
