pinch of Basia Bulat, buts all Samantha
Savage Smith.

Her doe eyes, Rapunzel hair and vintage flair (think brooch-adorned
cardigans and fur-collared pea-coats) radiate old soul and her tales of
heartbreak and ultimately, romantic resurrection, solidify that at 23,
