Flavours include banana split, peanut butter and red velvet, but we
always opt for traditional vanilla. Next step, bury your yogurt
underneath a mound of toppings from marshmallows to chocolate to
multi-coloured sprinkles. All the yogurts are non-fat or low-fat, so you
could be righteous and opt for fresh fruits and nuts instead.
