Briggs Kitchen and
Bar has set up shop on the ever growing 10 Ave.

Taking up residence in an old warehouse that received a serious facelift
(but kept a hip industrial vibe with a few quirky accessories and a
little patio off the side), it’s the perfect spot for lazy weekends.
Carnivores will delight in the hearty meat selection prepared in a
Spanish-built charcoal oven that gives a nice smoky flavour to
hamburgers, lamb, steaks and seafood. We also like the sharing plates
with just a touch of East-Coast inspiration with dishes like the lobster
poutine and salmon stuffed pretzel.
Weekend brunch is hearty fare, like breakfast perogies topped with
bacon, fried onion and an egg.
And what would Sunday be without a mimosa? Sara Samson
