In spring, summer and fall, were happy to take a Bixi.
But come winter, were catching a ride with another four-letter
phenomenon: Uber.
The San Francisco-based transportation startup launched in downtown
Montreal mere weeks ago and confession time! — were already addicted.
Armed with our Uber app, were just a touch away from requesting a cab (a
real-time GPS map of available vehicles informs us of the wait time),
estimating the fare and paying the driver (including tip no cash
required!).
Now if it only it could do something about the traffic… Christine
