From its first Alberta location, Via Cibo is offering up its take on Italian street food. And it’s good.

The chefs here are keeping it real with authentic Italian ingredients and cooking methods. All the classic Italians favourites are present, like homemade pizzas, pastas, panini, Tuscan fries and Italian sodas. The Piadina, flatbread stuffed with toppings like prosciutto, sundried tomatoes, cheese or grilled chicken and then folded into a wrap of sorts, is must-try deliciousness.
