Night Owl

This spring has been all about designer collaborations, and our favourite local businesses are right on trend.

Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters along with Tool Shed Brewing Company and Big Rock Brewery have come together to make two can’t-live-without bevvies—beer and coffee—one. The result? A (can’t-live-without) coffee stout called Night Owl. Find it on tap at Phil and Sebastian’s Mission location until May 2nd (that’s tonight!) and then on draft at the Alberta Beer Fest events—May 2nd and 3rd in Calgary and June 6th and 7th in Edmonton. Best of all, all of the proceeds will go to a scholarship for the brewmaster program at Olds College.
