May 9, 2014

blackbirdAmong the many benefits of living seaside, the taste of fresh seafood ranks near the top.

We recently stopped by the Blackbird Public House and Oyster Bar for a lunch of fresh oysters, seared tuna, duck confit and lemon semifreddo (now that’s what we call pub grub)! But we’re most excited about their upcoming Spot Prawn Boil (May 18th) where the chef dumps a pot full of steaming prawns on your newspaper-covered table and you dig right in with both hands.

‘Cause that’s the kind of girls we are. —Sarah Bancroft
