Another amazing restaurant has opened in Bridgeland, and we’re racing to get there.
The newest kid on the block in Calgary’s up-and-coming culinary neighbourhood is Shiki Menya. But be warned: if you want a meal at this ramen shop, you’ll have to arrive early. Doors open at 11 a.m., after which only 150 bowls of ramen are made for the day. You heard right: once those portions of delicious, made-from-scratch noodles have been served, slurped and swallowed, the doors close. If you do make it in, try a classic Chili Goma bowl to start. Feeling adventurous? We highly recommend the Kara Miso Garlic variety.
