Taiko Tacos: Asian and Mexican come together! Go for the pork belly with Korean kimchi slaw—you won’t be disappointed. www.taikotaco.com
Jane Bond Tapas Truck: Serving up Spanish-inspired dishes, like a trio of pulled chicken sliders and grilled calamari and chorizo on greens. www.janebondgrill.com
Bento Burrito: Stuffed with Asian-inspired ingredients, each burrito begins with sushi rice, pickled carrots, cucumber, daikon radishes and avocado. Then, choose fillings like coconut chicken in a peanut sate or smoky tofu with Nori flakes. www.bentoburrito.ca
Lettuce Beet: Not technically a truck and more like a food trike, with a menu of delicious, organic salads we think are a welcome, lighter option to Calgary’s street-food scene. Find it on Stephen Avenue this summer. www.lettucebeet.com
