Chinatown is finally taking the spotlight, thanks in part to Le Mal Nécessaire and its neon-green pineapple.
We recently got better-acquainted with this semi-underground cocktail lounge and its Instagram-famous sign. Taking a tiki-esque approach to cocktails, drinks stiff and sweet are served in tropical fruit—and, thankfully, the accompanying grub is greasy (a necessary evil, know those who are drinking). Le Mal boasts a tasty bar menu, with good Chinese food from the restaurant upstairs.
