Gluten-free dessert lovers with a penchant for baked goods must often search high and low for treats to satisfy their sugary cravings.
And, admittedly, even at Dufflet Pastries, only certain cakes were available sans gluten—until now. The baker has expanded its gluten-free repertoire to include tarts, cakelets, cupcakes, chocolate-chunk brownies and macaroons. Several thorough taste tests later (all in the name of research, of course) we didn’t notice any difference between these and full-gluten goodies.
