If you’re in the mood for some Alberta beef, Modern Steak is the place to be.
Muse restaurant’s former space in Kensington has been transformed into a modern-day steakhouse: think chic black-and-white décor and funky industrial-design accents. All the beef comes from small ranches in the area and can be ordered from a specific range. So, you can decide whether you’re in the mood for Brant Lake Wagyu or Heritage Natural Angus from Camrose, and it can be prepared anywhere from blue to well. And don’t worry non beef-fanatics, there’s also a great salad, pasta and seafood bar to thrill you.
