Clear your dining calendar for at least a few meals at new Italian hot spot Città—it’ll take several visits to try all of the dishes that are musts.
After one dinner and a brunch, for a total of nine courses, we just about fell into a food coma (albeit a very happy one). Standouts from chef Ben Heaton include braised short rib braciole (so tender it practically melted on the plate as we dug in), delightful sweet and savoury squash fritters and crostini piled high with creamy burrata and roasted tomato. For dessert, one word: bomboloni. At Città, these Italian doughnuts are filled with delicious house-made curds, such as pistachio cream and passion fruit.
