When it comes to summer entertaining, a few pints of high-end ice cream and sorbet, some fresh fruit, and everyone is happy.
We recently taste-tested new offerings from Montreal-made Essence Maitre Glacier, including flavours like sweet and creamy Quebec Maple ice cream and light and herbal Passion Fruit & Rosemary. Our hands-down favourite, however, was Black Current and Lime, offering a fresh, tart taste to end any meal on a sweet note. Pro tip: serve it in a martini glass and pour just a little bit of vodka over to do dessert and drinks in one.
