The Edmonton institution first baked its way into our hearts in 2009 with delicious goods like macaroons and éclairs. Now, many of the same treats can be mastered at home with the bakery’s self-titled book, boasting 80 of its most-popular recipes. No need to be intimated by the more advanced inclusions, like brioche and financier tart—clear, detailed instructions and step-by-step photography make anyone a master baker.
