Sorry, Paleo Diet; turns out cavewomen did, in fact, chow down on starch.
What better way to celebrate this welcome bit of research news than with a meal at Levetto near Liberty Village, where our pasta- and pizza-loving selves recently dug into several very large bowls of pasta (try the buttery tagliatelle with grape tomatoes, sweet peas, dill and Nova Scotia lobster) and perfect pizzas (we love the rich funghi pie topped with dreamy creamy mascarpone) featuring the resto’s crispy-on-the-outside-and-satisfyingly-chewy-on-the-inside crust.
A Paleo cauliflower crust is tasty, but it can never be compared to the real thing. —Karen Kwan
