There’s a new ice cream parlour in town that’s using liquid nitrogen as a main ingredient—and we were pleasantly surprised by the super-smooth and creamy treat.
Made right in front of your eyes by blending liquid nitrogen with a liquid ice cream mixture, Nice Cream is extra fresh, with nary an ice crystal in sight. There may only be four flavours on offer at the shop at the moment but, trust us, the salted caramel alone is worth the trip.
