With three in-store dining options to choose from, we’ve sniffed out the top eats at Vancouver’s new Nordstrom store:
eBar: The crème de la honey-almond-latte crème of in-mall coffee options, this sweet coffee bar serves up just the right mix of espressos, smoothies and tasty pastries to provide valuable fuel for shopping excursions.
Habitant: When mulling over whether to splurge on that new Celine top (do it), we like to indulge in a cocktail. For that, there’s Habitant lounge, where appetizers, light meals and drinks are available.
Bistro Verde: Shopping or not, Nordstrom’s full-service, sit-down Bistro Verde restaurant is a must for casually sophisticated meals (seared scallops, New York strips, salmon filets over risotto) plus plenty of fresh buttered noodles, panko chicken strips and grilled cheddar on whites to keep the little ones happy.
