Nourish: Thursday, November 5th, 12 p.m. The three-night Nourish retreat is happening alongside Cornucopia, so you can supplement your wine tasting with yoga, nutrition, spas and forest foraging. Info/tickets here.

Big Guns: Friday, November 6th, 6 p.m. Araxi’s annual Big Guns dinner is always a sold-out hit. New this year is the launch of its charcuterie and tapas spot, Bar Oso. Info/tickets here.

Chef Table Luncheon With L’Abattoir: Saturday, November 7th, 12:30 p.m. Chef Lee Cooper and owner Paul Grunberg are seriously killing it in their kitchens in Vancouver. We welcome them and their French-inspired West Coast cuisine to Whistler with open arms (and mouths). Info/tickets here.

WOW Wines: Saturday, November 7th, 4:30 p.m. Our favourite annual seminar where famous winemakers may be in the audience with you. It’s funny, it’s educational and you’ll come out with your Christmas gifting list in hand. Info/tickets here.

Bubble-icious: Sunday, November 8th, 11 a.m. The Wine Diva hosts the popular, affordable, stand-up event where you’ll taste the incredible range of sparklers perfect for the holidays and beyond. Info/tickets here.

Foxtrot: A Passion for Pinot: Sunday, November 8th, 11 a.m. Pinot Noir is known as the heartbreak grape—so fickle yet easy to fall in love with. You will definitely enter into a romance with the Okanagan’s Foxtrot Winery, which makes the ultimate Pinot Noir. Hosted by wine savant Sid Cross and winemaker Gustav Allander, this vertical vintage tasting will enlighten. Info/tickets here.

Rosé I am: I am Rosé: Sunday, November 8th 1:30 p.m. This year, Rosé surpassed red wine in popularity in France. Find out why at this $29 tasting that’s sure to transport you to the Cote D’Azure. Info/tickets here.

Café Medina: Make Mine Mediterranean: Sunday, November 8th, 2 p.m. If you’ve never had the patience to line up for a table outside his insanely popular Café Medina in Vancouver, grab a ticket to see charismatic proprieter Robbe Kane and his chef on the culinary stage. Info here.

Fort Berens Wine Dinner at The Four Seasons: Sunday, November 8th, 6 p.m. Sidecut Modern Steak Bar hosts a dinner with multi-award-winning Lillooet winery Fort Berens that’s sure to be a smash. Their 2012 Cab Franc and Pinot Noir are laden with gold medals, and the atmosphere and food are sure to be just as luxe. Info/tickets here.

Natural Born Thrillers: Tuesday, November 10th, 5:30 p.m. Natural wine bars are popping up all over Paris, and this seminar was one of our favourites from last year. Expect even more of these funky wines that even the biggest of cork dorks will find original and challenging. Info/tickets here.
