You might recognize this new, buzz-worthy restaurant’s namesake—Ten Foot Henry is a 10-foot cutout of a comic strip character that has turned into a local arts icon, having made his way around the city’s art venues over the past 30 years or so. But he now has a permanent home at the Victoria Park eatery. Snag a seat at the chic bar or, better yet, in front of the open kitchen to watch the chef’s do their magic. The menu is heavily focused on vegetable dishes and is all about sharing so bring a couple friends and try a little bit of everything. Sure bets are the handmade dumplings with borscht and the mushroom and kale tempura.
Opening soon is Little Henry, a grab-and-go coffee bar right next door. —Sara Samson
