We’ve been counting down the days until Run Fast Eat Slow, a cookbook from world-class marathoner and four-time Olympian Shalane Flanagan and chef Elyse Kopecky officially launches (just weeks away!). Shalane’s been on our radar for years. She’s won and broken running records and has abs we can only dream of, not to mention Nike behind her steel.
So you can imagine our excitement on getting sneak peek access to Run Fast Eat Slow, featuring Shalane’s favourite training meals, smoothies, snacks, salads and more. Designed for those who love to eat and train hard, there’s also training tips, nutritional and wellness info for every athlete level.
