Lauren Robinson is not afraid of hard work. From competing on the varsity rowing team at McGill University where she graduated with a degree in finance and entrepreneurship, to making deals on the trading floor at one of Canada’s top brokerages, Lauren has never been one to back down from a challenge.
After years in the corporate world, Lauren moved on to become Venture Partner at Highline BETA, a startup that launches new ventures with leading corporations. Here, she has spent the last few years building HIGHLINEvc as an operator and investor. She now spends a significant portion of her time travelling, and gets excited about submerging herself in startup ecosystems to gain a better understanding of the history, culture perspectives and how startups can work with successfully larger corporates.
